Lake access & mobility
The yard slopes from the house to the lake. The ground is uneven, and dock boards and lake steps can be slippery. Lake levels vary with weather.
If stairs, walking distance, or mobility are a concern, message Jay before booking to confirm the specific access details for your group.
Wear a life jacket when paddling or boating, supervise children closely, and stay off neighboring property. Ask Jay about launch locations or lake boundaries before heading out if you’re unsure.
No headfirst diving. Check current water conditions before entering. Leave the lake and go indoors at thunder or lightning.
House policies & connection
No pets are allowed. Keep outdoor music at a comfortable porch level, especially in the evening. Keep parking and activities on the designated property.
Wi-Fi is available. If your stay depends on a particular internet speed or a reliable video-call connection, ask Jay for current details before booking.
